A qualified engineer with a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical and Computing) from Monash University, I have extensive corporate and practical work experience across government, information technology, manufacturing, warehousing, construction, and pharmaceutical industries, working in technology, operational risk, and compliance. Pioneering digital transformations, I am passionate about creating customer-centric, game-changing solutions for small to medium businesses to ensure they thrive in the new age of technology. My mission is to help these businesses transform digitally, turning complex challenges into innovative solutions.

As a Director and Occupational Hygienist, he ensures that businesses meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. As the founding director of Lahebo, a pioneering risk and compliance platform, Isaac leads initiatives in risk management, compliance, strategic planning, and supply chain efficiency.

Anthony Sapountzis

CTO

Anthony Sapountzis is an accomplished technology leader with over 17 years of experience in software development, currently serving as CTO at Lahebo. As co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at Aerion Technologies, he guided the company through the creation of scalable, user-centered digital products and developed their signature DevReady Process-an intelligent framework to help founders validate, scope, and structure ideas before coding begins. Anthony also co-hosts the DevReady Podcast and brings deep insights into AI, ethical development, and strategic product execution to the Lahebo team.
